RENTAL KARTS
Sudbury Kartways has provided karting to Sudbury & area families since 1981.  For over 30 years our track on Notre Dame Avenue has overseen countless  laps of safe family fun and continues season after season.  Sudbury Kartways and our staff strive to provide a safe and exciting karting experience for racers of all ages.
We have trained our staff to the Ontario government TSSA standards, as well as passed all TSSA kart and track inspections. Our crew at Sudbury Kartways is trained to instruct customers in the safe operation of karts, making sure everyone has a safe,  exciting, fun ride. We have had many employees stay with us season after season simply because they like the fun & excitement of working at Sudbury Kartways.  Our many return customers can attest to fact that Sudbury Kartways' 5 lap race format is one of the most exciting and fun tracks they have been on!  Sudbury Kartways invites you to come out and try or track which has been expanded and improved over the years.  We offer single seat karts and if you have children under 52" and younger than 8 years old, they can accompany an adult on a double seat kart for no extra charge.
KART RACING LEAGUE
Sudbury Kartways and Sudbury Kartsport also offer an ASN Canada sanctioned kart racing league "arrive and drive" for the more serious kart racer who wants a Real Racing Experience (up to 80 km/hr on our expanded track) without the major expense of purchasing your own equipment. SUDBURY KARTSPORT
Sudbury Kartsport was formed in 2003 by Greg & Susan Newson and Phil Taus to service the kartracer. We expanded the track and started Real Racing Karting League. We also obtained the dealership for the ever popular Birel brand of kart chassis. We are authorized engine dealers for both Rotax (2 cycle sealed engine) and the economical Briggs & Stratton (4 cycle sealed engine) as well suppliers of Freeline kart parts and MG tires. SUDBURY KART CLUB ( privately owned karts)
   The Sudbury Kart Club Corp. was established in 1995 by a group of dedicated racers, who have successfully created some real racing roots here in Sudbury. We are one of the only nationally sanctioned organized forms  of racing in Northern Ontario , that provides a local racing schedule held here at Sudbury Kartways. Our club is affiliated to ASN Canada FIA, which governs all types of racing in Canada, and allows the opportunity for the local racer to advance in the sport if he or she chooses.
   The sport is very family orientated with Dad as the mechanic (and sometimes racer!), and rest of family as racers or pit crew. The engine rules set forth by ASN Canada FIA and Sudbury Kart Club provide for an even playing field with minimum expense as all engines are sealed and race prepared to same standards out of the box !! This allows  new people to the sport the opportunity to participate without the worry and cost to build a racing kart engine.  Come out and enjoy the races free of charge or better still buy a kart and join the club!  For more information go to www.sudburykartclub.com.
